Company culture is amazing. People really care and work hard regardless of pay and title.
Bureaucracy everywhere. Extreme corporate culture. The complete opposite of startup culture. Best in finance, but technology is not the core function, and they make sure engineers feel that way. No autonomy, poor product and decision-making. Engineers don't run engineering teams. The only way to move up is management.
