Cons

Managers are immature, bully, and condescending.

Person who referred me started asking for cash money, or else he will log false HR complaints.

Line Manager rejects access requests [to help other teams within the same LOB] by saying it's a conflict of responsibility.

No work-life balance, a lot of employees are in stress – fact; and scared to admit in a survey.

Only route to get promotion/recognition is through flattery or performing favors excessively towards management.

False commitment and false job description are the approach to attract talent.

If you're not at your desk, you aren't working.

Encourage slavery [literally: employee is a personal slave of line manager].

If they ask, "Do you have any questions?" – please don't ask because "you're not supposed to ask questions."

Advice to Management
