Very bureaucratic, slow to move, not great opportunity for financial growth, slow to promote high-impact individuals, and does not reward collaborators.
Definitely need to invest in the "people" part of the technology equation. Hire only SMEs or techs that have grown within the company, who may not possess soft skills.
