- Security of a big company with lots of opportunity to move around to different teams.
- Good investment in UX research.
- Too much bureaucracy.
- Frequent reorgs leave people feeling unstable.
Try to keep the org structure stable for more than a year, because learning new teams and processes constantly takes a lot of energy.
