Software Engineer Interview Experience - London, England

Process

The interview was decent. It started out with an online interview, after which I got a call for an on-site interview in London. There, I was met with really comfortable conditions, being prepared for a three- to four-hour interview: two technical and one HR. They mostly focused on efficiency and multi-threading, so they were really watching for very low-level optimizations. I personally found it hard, both because of its duration and the way you were required to go into real detail for each statement.
