After passing the online programming test, I was scheduled for a phone interview with the HR director.

What happened was:

• Asked me to move the phone interview to a different time 5 minutes before the appointment time without any reason.
• For the second scheduled phone interview time, HR told me their director was at the airport 2 hours before the scheduled time.
• HR director did not call me at the scheduled time without any notice.
• HR called me finally, without making an apology. I used a landline phone to receive the call, but the director said the sound quality was bad and called me back later. I never received the call later.
• Contacted the company to reschedule the phone interview time, with no reply.

Did not finish the interview.
