Interview process consists of:
- Phone screen
- Take Home Coding Assessment
- 2x technical phone screen
- 1x behavioural
Overall, phone screen was ok. Coding test was very limited and I feel it did not address the breadth of skills required for the role. Also, it was quite academic and irrelevant to the type of daily tasks for an SRE.
Overall, the interview process is a waste of time—whether one is successful or not, there is no feedback provided.
