I got an interview offer for Jump Labs and did a Codility coding challenge online. They said there would be a phone interview and an onsite interview after the coding challenge, but I did not get an offer.
First, I was approached by a recruiter and had a call with him. The second round was a technical interview with the tech lead. The technical interview was not hard, but I was ambushed with a lot of resume questions.
The process was a tough on-campus interview, followed by a 4-hour on-site interview. The questions were fairly difficult and focused on concurrency, mainly in C/C++. The questions were very technical, with plenty of follow-up questions. Dinner afterw
