No infighting, super relaxed, everyone's smart.
You have to go meet others yourself.
It was a good experience overall. The interviewer was nice and also helped me out with hints and whatnot. However, the coding question was tedious without knowing Python shortcuts. It was 1 hour long for R1 SWE.
I went through the resume first and asked some questions about my resume. Then, I was asked two Python and JavaScript questions: how to implement a stack in the language you like. He then asked more questions, but he answered very ambiguously.
I was told the company is very selective. They only hire about 4 people a year! 1. Technical phone interview. I am most familiar with C/C++, so I got programming questions on C/C++. 2. On-site interview. You are invited to Chicago, their headquarter
