Very detailed interview process. Technical rounds were conducted with most seniors in the team. Straightforward and technical questions were asked. A strong technical knowledge was expected. Deeper technical questions were posed if the candidate had prior experience in a particular subject. However, if answers were not known, the interviewers were keen to explain and make it look like a healthy conversation.
