The phone interview is not difficult, mainly for introducing background experience. The onsite interview has two sessions, mainly focusing on kernel technical aspects, such as device driver development, interrupt controllers, and thread synchronization. Some of the questions are too specific to PCI driver development. For engineers who have never worked on that driver, those questions are very hard to answer.
