Process

Interview had 4 rounds (3 Technical + 1 Managerial). The questions were easy. Some rounds had design questions too, but I was not informed beforehand if it was a system design or problem-solving round.

I received a review that I performed very well in all rounds, and the negotiation started. We had multiple negotiation calls and finally arrived at a number. I was told a provisional offer would be released.

After one week of no reply, I sent an email, and within minutes, I got a call from their HR (it seemed to me as if they had totally forgotten about me). HR told me that they were further reducing the promised amount, citing that the package I was asking for was really high.

The hiring process is really unprofessional. Why would you agree to interview a candidate and waste two weeks if I clearly mentioned my salary expectation at the start?

The HR was so unprofessional that near the end of the conversation, he was pinning the blame on me. I didn't expect this from Juniper.

Questions

The 1st and 3rd rounds had LeetCode medium to easy questions.

The 2nd round had 3 LeetCode medium to easy questions. Since I solved them in 30 minutes, I think to pass the time, the interviewer asked me to design Uber.

Was this helpful?
