Applied through university and was contacted afterwards by a recruiter.

Two interviews on the same day:

One 30-minute behavioral with one interviewer.
One 30-minute technical with two different interviewers.

The technical interview had one coding question (in language of choice) and several conceptual questions.

Questions

Coding question was LC easy, with follow-up questions about runtime, potential optimizations, and algorithm design.

Pros: There are lots of excellent and experienced engineers from whom you can learn a lot. The task for interns is very flexible; some are challenging, and some are easy.

Cons: Sometimes, assignment is not clear enough. Some human resource and time is wasted due to responsibility overlap between different teams. The mechanism of sharing resources needs some improvement between different offices.
