Pros: Great work culture. Lot of flexibility time-wise and location-wise.
Cons: Not much interaction goes on with colleagues other than the usual team meetings. Usually, everyone sticks to their monitors. There aren't many younger people.

Pros: Pay and benefits at or above average. There are some very talented people.
Cons: Upper management's sole focus is reducing cost (i.e., headcount). All acquisitions have failed over the past nine years. They killed their market lead in network security. Too many average products. If not for the need for large carriers to use more than one vendor, Juniper would be an afterthought. Office culture has gone from collaboration to bipolar management.
