Cons: It's difficult to get promoted, as they have overqualified employees.

Pros: Good brand value in the field of networking. Still have lots of customers.

Cons: • Mostly support/maintenance projects at the Bengaluru office. • Very toxic culture. • Long working hours and work on weekends due to lots of customer escalations. • No proper structure, no proper documentation of already existing software. • Lots of politics within teams as well as between different teams. • No support from seniors; you are on your own. • Treat contractors as cheap labor. • Lack of resources for contractors. • Contracts are given on the basis of referrals rather than equal opportunity. Recently, one of such contracts was won by one of the largest IT firms in India. (Under-the-table things are going on.)
