Process

It was a nice process. I was told after a successful phone screening that there would be 5-6 rounds of technical interviews. I had very good first and second interviews. In the third interview, which was a mix of both technical and personal, the manager told me that they were going to make me an offer if I cleared the next two non-technical rounds with the Sr. Mgr. and director.

They didn't grill unnecessarily. They gave one big problem, which was sufficient enough to gauge my technical, analytical, and collaboration skills. And luckily, I impressed them.
