Process

HR called up and set up the telephonic interview. It was an initial screening, covering technical topics in depth plus scripting. The next round was face-to-face. The first round was with routing and Layer 2 questions. The second round was for BRAS/BNG and it was very detailed and in-depth. It covered a range of topics, starting from technology to deployment. Then came the manager round and the Director round on the same day.

However, my offer letter took three weeks to arrive, but I was told that I was selected and the offer was pending management approval.
