Some of the old blood does not seem to take to change or sharing information. Survival of the fittest is taking it literally
The technology and product are challenging. New leadership has a good vision and direction. Key senior-level hires are impressive, as is the talent.
Old blood negative attitudes, lack of sharing resources & knowledge outside of that community. Playing catch up, should be bigger.
