A great company overall
The senior technical community is very open and friendly. The new campus is nice, and the cafeteria is good. The compensation/salary is competitive, and the benefits are great. They have solid products in their routing and switching businesses.
A few significant failed investments and projects gave the company big troubles. Organizational shake-ups keep happening at all levels, with no signs of turning around for the security businesses.
I hope the new CEO can make the right changes and decisions to capture the opportunity in the right market or industry, especially fix the problems in the leadership team of the security business organization.
