Bad leadership, weak sales and marketing. We lost the momentum of innovation we used to have. I agree with the former comments; there is no cultural diversity.
JNPR being very few network companies to counter CSCO's bullying. Sad to see how they have been screwing [things] up in past years. Check up with your neighbor, Yahoo, and see how to rejuvenate the company.
