Great company from technology perspective, doing some innovative work in networking technologies especially on the software side - sdn/nfv related work.
Dragged down by processes. Processes stifle innovation and slow down the progress. Pride of working for Juniper as it existed in early 00s no longer existed.
Cut down the processes, take care of the employees. And, make the employees feel proud of juniper again.
