Pros
  1. Good technology domain to work on.
  2. Salary is as per industry standards.
  3. Good place to hop over in a career, but not a place to stay for a longer time.
Cons
  1. The development and management process is not well-defined; it's good for managers to rule as emperors.
  2. No 360-degree feedback.
  3. Bad work-life balance and culture. The culture is to set unrealistic short timelines to get work done and apply pressure tactics as much as possible.
  4. Focus is mostly on quantity, not on quality.
Advice to Management
  1. Implement 360-degree feedback; the health of the organization is internally degrading.
  2. Train managers to understand technology and do sensible and realistic project planning.
  3. Take Employee Opinion Surveys seriously to mitigate the feedback.
  4. Give variable pay portions as committed in the offer when the company is doing well in the market.
