Good benefits, a place to learn more.
If you are working as RE, Juniper didn't care about the customer's working area environment.
Nothing
I applied from Australia for a position in the US. My interview date was set, then cancelled without any real reason. I gave it a shot two years later, and this time, I had three interviews within Juniper and one with the customer.
The interview process was very good. I faced three technical rounds and then one manager round. After clearing all these rounds, the HR round happened. The total complete process was very good.
Three technical rounds went very well, but one was average. Then, I was asked for an extended round, and I was able to do well in that. However, the result came back negative. I don't think they evaluated the extended round.
