You get ample time for yourself and your family members. Moreover, if you are planning to make a huge shift in your life, this is the place to do a job at, since there is not much workload.
You won't get any projects easily to work on, as there are not many.
Most of the time, people are just doing troubleshooting and solving problem reports.
All the development work is mostly done in the USA and not in India.
You won't get to learn much here, and the work is the same every day.
