Juniper has a very good work culture. Seniors are supportive.
Actually, it's not a con according to my point of view. Juniper believes in good salary, hence they don't provide too many reimbursements facilities.
Juniper Networks visited our college during September for on-campus placement opportunities. They conducted one online assessment, followed by two technical interviews and an HR interview as their drive process.
Basic questions on data structures and algorithms. Basic questions on array sorting. Basic questions on trees. Basic questions on graphs. Basic questions on hash maps. Basic questions on the sliding window technique. Basic questions on binary search.
The interview was okay. They asked a lot of data structure questions, but basic ones. There was only one technical round, and whoever cleared it went to the HR round and was offered the job. Overall, it was a nice experience.
