Except for the joining compensation, it has not been a great experience with Juniper
Work/life balance, work from homes.
- Poor intra-team communication. As another review here mentioned, it is a cubicle farm. Communication is of a closed nature and specific.
- Lackadaisical HR department. Except for the hiring team, there is no dedicated HR.
- Zero team bonding activities. No budget for any occasional leisure activities.
- Appraisals/bonuses are not as good.
- Work in India is purely maintenance. It can get hectic sometimes.
Juniper should take cues from its peers in terms of how to treat employees. There is no sense of belonging when working with Juniper.
