Just a brand name on your resume.
Work is so heavy with shorter deadlines; there are a lot of context switches in between because of changing priorities. Even if you plan for your day, you can't execute it due to this changing priority, so there's a lot of pressure.
There is no clear technical guidance from seniors or staff engineers. Even though there are engineers with 10+ years of experience, they lack depth of knowledge about basics.
There is no collaboration. People who are in leadership positions will magnify your mistakes and blame you instead of taking action to resolve them.
They hire people with good experience and put you in the same technology. So, mostly you will learn their process, and you will not get the opportunity to learn new technology.
There is no clear documentation, and senior/staff never help or give you pointers.
Overall, in the long run, this is not a good place for getting depth of experience.
