Helpful teammates for FTE, not for INTERNS.
Very bad behavior with interns. I would not recommend Juniper to any freshers starting out their software engineer career. No one will pay attention to you during your internship. At last, they say that the performance of the intern was not good, or they would even give excuses like the team has no adequate funds for hiring you or the team has no vacancy. If they know that they don't have the vacancy, then why do they hire interns?
