It is a good company to learn. There are a lot of opportunities for employees to take and do good initiatives. The company is giving good importance to automation these days. Work-life balance is good. As an employee working in the India office, the company is giving all the support for commute and reaching the office. Good office infrastructure.
Delay in promotion in lower levels. I see promotions are easy for higher management people.
Please normalize salary and reduce the salary gap.
