Pros
  1. Good CEO
  2. Good pay
  3. Managers open to adapt new technologies
Cons
  1. Even though there will be work-life balance and work from homes, you will be thinking about work 24/7 because of deadlines.

  2. Layoffs are often not because of bad performance, but because of cost cuts.

  3. No teamwork; everyone works as an individual contributor. No Agile.

Advice to Management

Stop layoffs and talk to people. It really scares even hard-working employees.
