Good automation experience. Good networking experience.
missing work-life balance. high workload. politics in management.
Allow engineers to have a life outside Juniper.
First, I had an online test, followed by an interview call. Once I cleared that, I had to go through five onsite interview rounds. It mostly consisted of basic C and networking questions.
There were 8 or 9 rounds of interview, including HR. After 3 rounds of phone interview, I was asked to reach the office for another 4 rounds. Later, there were 2 more rounds with the technical head and HR.
A very long and time-wasting process for candidates. Before and during every sentence, the interviewer obstructs you with some weird question. Weird behavior, especially by the Director of this BU. The first round started when my resume got shortlist
