There is a scope for lots of learning.
No no no no no
I was switched from a summer internship. The internship was a behavioral and technical interview, very short, in one day. It took 1 hour total. But this was when companies were hiring a lot; it could be different from my experience.
It was a long process. The first two rounds were screening over a telephone call. Then, the second round was a 4-hour interview on Skype, followed by a 5-hour on-site interview.
Phone interview followed by onsite, 5 rounds total, including lunch. People are helpful. They focus on network questions, a little algorithm and data structure. Also, if you have previous related experience, it is a big plus.
