- King hires some very good people and you'll find a lot of knowledge hanging around.
- Compensation and benefits are both very competitive.
- The London office is incredibly comfy and full of fun stuff, with plenty of nooks and crannies to sit and work if your desk gets boring.
- There is a weekly company social on the top floor of the office.
- Mid-level management is almost dysfunctional; during my time on the Candy Crush Friends team we had a revolving door of product owners, which had a dreadful impact on team morale.
- Creative direction for our game was severely lacking, which was tragic given how much drive and enthusiasm there was at the lower levels.
