The whole process was quite elaborate. After an initial meeting, I was asked to write a quite large demo game so that they could see my programming skills. They gave me one week for this, which was discussed in a second meeting. Then, in a third meeting, I met the team leader to see whether I was a good fit for the team.

After investing many hours of my time on this, they told me, "Sorry, but we preferred candidates with a game industry background." They could have saved everybody a lot of time.
