Avoid this company if you have even a tiny respect for yourself.

I applied on the website and received a link for a Kattis IQ test, which required solving 18 pattern questions in less than 15 minutes. I received a rejection email afterward.

The rejection email stated that my CV and logic test (Kattis Test) performance "wasn't up to the mark." I'm not sure what this company is looking for in a Java developer, as I have ample experience developing solutions at scale as part of some of the world's biggest technical organizations.

As far as I understand, judging my software developer skills based on a test for which some institutions run 'coaching packages' was completely unjustified. Had it been a coding challenge, it would have done some justice to the position you are hiring for.

I've interviewed with all kinds of businesses, ranging from small-scale startups to the biggest MNCs in the world, but I have never been treated more unfairly than this.
