The interview felt weak, coming off as unskilled and not well planned.
I was interviewing with the person who would become my boss, and they seemed to lack the expertise to conduct the interview effectively.
Questions
I don't remember all the questions, just the awkwardness of how they were asked.
There were lots of very simple questions. When I'd answer, the interviewer would repeat my answers back in the "so what I'm hearing is..." format. It made for a very unnatural conversation.
