Pros: Good people and good working conditions.

Cons: None that I can think of.

Pros: I am not aware of many pros.

Cons: Very poor eng design, and a deployment can take tons of time.

Pros: - Growing fast and coworkers who trust you to solve reach goals that help you grow your career. - Competitive pay and equity grants. - Transparent and responsive leadership that listens to what the company wants and strives to be held accountable. - Taken tangible steps to ensure departments meet DEI goals at all levels, especially leadership. - Leaders understand that to do great work over a long period of time, you need to take care of yourself. I've never had a vacation denied or felt pressured in any way to not take time. - Would definitely recommend Klaviyo to a friend, especially those looking to break into tech. - In a strong market position that we'll be able to leverage as the industry consolidates.

Cons: If you aren't interested in the e-commerce industry or excited about working for a late-stage startup, you may come in with mismatched expectations of what work will be like.
