What a waste of time! One of their values is "Always be learning," but it did not seem they held it up.
The interview process was well organized. The recruiter and coordinator were good and rooting for your success. But it ends there. The rest of the people in the interviews – four engineers and two hiring managers – felt hostile, distracted, disengaged, and bored. They were there to show how great they are (yes, you will be when you work on the problems you ask questions about, just like I would be if I were to ask you questions that I am trying to solve).
I said waste of time because the "behavioral" interviews were practice sessions for the managers. At 10:30 am, these guys were yawning when I was talking about an interesting project I had worked on. The vibe I got from all the people I spoke to was unfriendly, intimidating, and discouraging. With the market conditions right now, every third-class company thinks that they are MAANG level.
If you cannot answer exactly what they want to hear, you will be rejected. Their coding collaboration was a joke; they don't give you a language choice. So, like others have said in the reviews, if your tech stack does not match theirs, you are setting yourself up for failure. Just don't do it.
