The interview process consisted of three rounds.
I had an in-office meeting to debug and improve a snippet of unoptimized code.
Next was a take-home assignment that took about 10 hours. I completed this over the course of about two weeks whenever I had the time to pick away at it, and despite the long time getting back to them, it didn't pose an issue.
Finally, there was a 3-4 hour in-person round with multiple one-on-one interviews, mostly cultural, but a technical whiteboard question was included.
Bear in mind my experience was a bit different to others due to odd timings and conflicts on my end. Things might not need to flow into two different in-person interviews as they did for me.
Overall, the process is pretty casual. People are helping you out every step of the way, so it's very collaborative.
Optimize some bad code. Whiteboard problem to iterate through and decode information in data collections. Take-home assignment to code a simple mobile app to connect to their API.
