Their recruiter reached out to me on Angel.co.
Had a call with the recruiter about a senior technical role.
Then, I had a call with a senior technical person.
The person was rather arrogant and very confrontational during the call.

The best company culture and community one could hope for to address challenging problems in the industry
Software Engineer • Current Employee

Pros: One of the few places where I truly felt comfortable learning and excited to solve challenging infrastructure problems. There is no knowledge hierarchy and it truly feels like you can ask a question to anyone at anytime.
Cons: It is a heavily hybrid company, so it is not always easy to meet your coworkers in person, which would be nice. The company does make it a point to have onsites every now and then, though.
