The process started with a remote pairing exercise for an hour, followed by a remote interview made up of multiple sessions.

Some interview sessions involved writing code remotely, while others involved talking and discussing my experience and motivations.

This interview took place during the COVID-19 pandemic, and so all of the sessions were accommodated remotely.
