Some employees have it easy, and some don't. Burnout is often a topic that is talked about among the company, and leadership's only suggestion is to take PTO. It doesn't address the root problem, although it is a fast-growing company, so there's pressure and high expectations to be met.

Pros: Pay is competitive to some other Boston-only tech companies.

Cons: I would not recommend working here; there has been a massive employee exodus over the past year. Those who are still around are waiting for severance or looking for other jobs. All engineers are significantly happier with the jobs they move on to after leaving.

Pros: Mission-driven, profitable company. Company-wide focus on creating an equitable and positive culture. Leaders make decisions that actually adhere to the company values of being customer-centric, making a more equitable world, and always growing. A welcoming organization that actually focuses on improving the lives of people—both its customers and its employees.

Cons: Lack of alignment on company-wide goals across engineering teams results in frequent collisions of priorities.
