Pros: Pay is competitive to some other Boston-only tech companies.
Cons: I would not recommend working here; there has been a massive employee exodus over the past year. Those who are still around are waiting for severance or looking for other jobs. All engineers are significantly happier with the jobs they move on to after leaving.
