In the final round, I had two coding interviews and a behavioral interview.
This was a great process; the questions were engaging, and the whole experience was very positive.

Pros: Huge culture of learning. Very focused on employee development. A great place for the curious and driven. You need to be comfortable being uncomfortable.
Cons: It can be at times hard to take your foot off the gas, so to speak.

Pros: One of the few places where I truly felt comfortable learning and excited to solve challenging infrastructure problems. There is no knowledge hierarchy and it truly feels like you can ask a question to anyone at anytime.
Cons: It is a heavily hybrid company, so it is not always easy to meet your coworkers in person, which would be nice. The company does make it a point to have onsites every now and then, though.
