Pros: Company outlook seems favorable, and there are lots of smart people on the R&D teams.

Cons: The CEO is totally out of touch, and the rest of the leadership team can't reign him in. Employee satisfaction is not a priority. There are lots of unpopular decisions piled on top of each other (nerfing fringe benefits, return to office, layoffs, raises that don't keep up with inflation) with no attempt to make employees feel good. They just don't care about morale or the people, and they expect everyone to care about the mission of making those annoying marketing emails the world hates.

Pros: - The interview process was highly enjoyable. - The onboarding process is very well organized. - The number of resources available both internally and externally is impressive. This company actually cares about the wellbeing and growth, both professionally and personally, of its employees. This is evidenced by the vast number of support programs that are available internally as well as the top-notch benefits being offered. I have never felt more valued as an employee than I have here.
