This was perhaps the worst interview experience I’ve had. The recruiter was 25 minutes late and did not even apologize.

I could forgive this if it wasn’t for the rest of the conversation being a mess. The recruiter did not know the role I had applied for and began describing a position I did not apply for, until I corrected her.

The recruiter also knew zero information about me that was clearly in my resume, such as my location, which I had to clarify multiple times.

Furthermore, the recruiter complained about things in the background.

She then scheduled the hiring manager meeting before changing it four times without checking in with me, which was very frustrating.

The actual hiring manager interviewer was fine; the person I spoke with was punctual and polite.

However, based on the experience with the recruiter, I would never apply here again.

I do not feel respected as a candidate, and it does not give me the impression that this company is organized.

I never received any follow-up afterwards either.
