Pros: - The interview process was highly enjoyable. - The onboarding process is very well organized. - The number of resources available both internally and externally is impressive. This company actually cares about the wellbeing and growth, both professionally and personally, of its employees. This is evidenced by the vast number of support programs that are available internally as well as the top-notch benefits being offered. I have never felt more valued as an employee than I have here.

Cons: - Fast-paced - Rocky management - Benefits could be better - Depending on the team, burnout can come often - Treatment from management isn't always equal among the team - Structure or processes among certain teams can be lacking - High expectations to grow rapidly into senior and leadership roles A hot topic among the company is especially burnout. Some employees have it easy, and some don't. Burnout is often a topic that is talked about among the company, and leadership's only suggestion is to take PTO. It doesn't address the root problem, although it is a fast-growing company, so there's pressure and high expectations to be met.
