Pros: Culture is amazing and very learning focused. Perks include any book you want for free, a learning stipend, and many other "put your money where your mouth is" tangible benefits that show that we value learning. The people at Klaviyo are really smart in all departments. Everyone from Engineers to Product Experts to Sales Reps are ambitious, brilliant, and feel like they're working towards a goal that they actually care about. Leadership is very open with their strategy behind decision making. They admit when they aren't right and legitimately try to fix it. I've always felt like their intentions were in the right place throughout my tenure here.

Cons: Klaviyo has been growing really quickly. The number of direction changes can feel a bit frustrating at times. In general, we usually come out the other side of growing pains with solutions that work, though.

Pros: Great teams and great people

Cons: Low morale from constant changes in priority

Pros: - Unlimited PTO (could go away though, and went away for UK/AU) - Great people on the team - Decent benefits

Cons: - Erratic leadership - Constant removal of employee benefits for the bottom line - HR team is terrible and tries to gaslight employees - Bonus system is a joke - Toxic “work harder” culture
