- Unlimited PTO (could go away though, and went away for UK/AU)
- Great people on the team
- Decent benefits
- Erratic leadership
- Constant removal of employee benefits for the bottom line
- HR team is terrible and tries to gaslight employees
- Bonus system is a joke
- Toxic “work harder” culture
Stop expecting one person to do the jobs of three people if you take away all the culture that made Klaviyo a great place to work.
