Decent company to work for
It is not a west coast company culture. There is a decent balance of work-life, and expectations are pretty human, with a good salary and perks.
- Engineering leadership is very mediocre. Good intent, but many are not very skilled leaders and are pretty adamant in their opinions and thoughts.
- Overall benefits are ok, nothing extraordinary. However, medical insurance is very MA-centric and there are not many options if you are in a different state.
